Waited 45 minutes in line THIS TIME! Normally 20&30 min. WORST WAIT EVER! Then, they literally acted like they were "rationing" out the food.. When asked for "a little more" it was like we were trying to rob them! The night staff there is ALWAYS rude, nasty, and ignorant no matter how nice we try to be. The cashier, "Najiyah" (same one always) "dropped" our food in the bag, snatched the $20 from my hand and then scrunched my receipt and change back to me. if I could give negative stars I would. the past 4 times I've went have been horrible. I order online, never order cheese yet I always end up with cheese in my bowl. this last time the manager actually acknowledge it, and fixed the issue. replacing the whole meal. and one on him. but I'm not sure I want to go back to get the same thing. and I refuse to wait in the hour long lines... they need to step their game up at this location!
By far the slowest burrito makers in the history of burrito makers. Not to mention, they make sure you know that they don't care either. Awful.
waited 30 min in line just to order with only 4 people ahead of me!! I hate going to chipotle anymore
Horrible! Had to repeat myself several times and she still messed the order up.
the employees were just not very helpful. Hadn't been there before so asked about a lot of the food items and what was in them, their preparation, etc. and I did go at a time when there was no line so I could ask without holding anyone hostage behind me. They overcharged for the guacamole & chips. Just didn't ehjoy the service but the food was very good, if a bit overpriced.
This location used to be great....it has gone way downhill in the last few months. I have had minor problems the last few times I've been there, but tonight was the worst. My husband and I were in line for 40 minutes. There were 10 to 15 people in front of us. 2 employees were working on the line, one assembling and one cashier. 3 or 4 other employees were milling around watching. Every time I have been here in the last 6-12 months this specific Chipotle has been awful. Cross-contamination in the prep line, always out of beer, ill-tempered employees, dirty tables, even unable to make my order correct. One time I walked in there charged for quadruple meat when I had half a serving of all 4 meats. And the portions werent even right. Line moves slow also. However. Good margaritas at least and good food, despite the employees.
As usual they were slow as molasses. With only three people ahead of neighborhood waited 15 minutes. Workers randomly walk away from the food line to talk to other workers. At one point the cashier went in the back to talk to guy in the grill. This went in for several a minutes. It was clear it was not about work. There were three customers ahead of me all waiting to pay for their food. She sauntered out and slowly rang us up one by when.
