I order online every time, order is still not ready and when I arrive 15 minutes after.
When I first starting going to the Chipotle on Cascade Crossing it was excellent, the last few months it's been pretty bad. I know first hand and quite a few told me after I went I shouldn't go there. They were way behind, out of meats ,extra skimpy with the meats they had , not paying attention to requests ,not offering chips or drinks. I ate the burrito it was still good but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth.
This location doesn't even deserve a star!!! After the manager, James, told me I am PRIVILEGED to a side of cilantro!!! Lied to and humiliated!!! Not.....happy!!!
The Chipolte in Brooklyn stinks! It took 25 minutes to serve 10 people. The line did not move! Then they were out of chips and the girl at the register was rude. She tried to charge me for something I didn't order and snarled when I asked her to correct it. When I mentioned the wait she snarled that they couldn't control the line. The worst chipotle out there. Bad service. Rude employees and managers. Wouldn't even come off the line to take care of a complaint. Tried to compensate soupy food and forgotten and paid for items with a buy one get one free coupon and then was told with an attitude that I had to leave or they would call the cops because I said that I still wanted to see the manager. VERY disappointed in Brooklyn Chipotle today. Too many kids running the place, meat not ready for a line of 20 people, servers too busy laughing it up with each other instead of paying attention to customers...
2 burritos that was the size of my two year olds hand. Waste of money and employees don't listen to their customers for shit. Not going back here!
I have had several poor experiences at this location. They run out of product and are rude to customers. Last night they were out of water cups and I was told I had to pay for a pop cup to get water. I should have just cancelled the already prepared meals I ordered but chose to just pay for the cup. While eating the staff stood on the line and talked about me and my guest because I questioned paying for a water cup.
