Process was simply and all online through the app. Made it easy to upload and fill out documents.
Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process. He was always willing to talk and educate us with our loan.
Being a first time home buyer it was very comforting to feel taken care of during this process!
The process had a few hiccups that were out of our control. They were fixed quickly but I did feel there were times that follow up’s We’re promised that weren’t done and I had to reach out. Between that and our rate lock wasn’t originally locked in when I thought it was and it cost us a little bit to buy the rate down. Overall we were happy with the process but I am a big believer of proper follow up especially when issues arise and I have to follow up to find out about them.
