The experience was great because I was notified, very often, about the progress of our loan. This was extremely important to my husband and myself. In addition, we had an issue with an item on our credit report that we were unaware of. Chris gave us instructions how to get that situation taken care of, and we did just as he instructed. As a result, this helped our credit score, and the main thing is we were able to purchase our new home.

You were able to accomplish a Refi and purchase of our houses in a shorter time period than what a larger bank/ mortgage company had done in longer time period. Very personal based attention, vise the very corporate minded/handling of our accounts.
