Great stay with grandchildren 4years old and 6 years old!
Check-in was a bit of an adventure. We reserved an upgraded room on a higher floor. When we went to check in we were initially given a regular room on the ground floor, but after showing the Front Desk person our reservation he then moved us to the proper room. When we arrived at the room, there was a crib as well as a fairly elaborate "Happy Birthday!' display with balloons, etc. Obviously this room had been prepared for another guest's arrival.
