Service was uneven. It ranged from outstanding (Bourbon's Restaurant) to indifferent.

Clean comfortable room with turn down service. I’ve been here before and am a return guest. Staff is excellent and the restaurants are all top notch.

6 night stay. Smelled totally foul the entire stay. Like a broken sewer pipe. The bar stinks. The food was brutal. The hallways and rooms are beat up. The “fairmont” waters in the room smell like it was filled from a swamp. I have no idea how this place passes for a Fairmont. The olden days of high standards are gone. The Chinese own this place now and are there to juice every dime possible from this run down place. Beware.

The hotel is great! Clean, upscale, and very comfortable. However, we had not so good breakfast experience at the Ironwood American Kitchen on Christmas day. The host lady told us to wait for 15-20 minutes. After 20-25 minutes waiting, we finally got a text message about our table is ready. However, it took them another 20 minutes to take us to our table.
