Stayed Gold level and it was an awesome experience. Room was huge. Amenities were impressive and the staff was superb. Would definitely stay again

Food was subpar. Only place we enjoyed the food was Toro. Poolside service was incredibly slow. There were multiple times where they forgot our order so we just ended up ordering from the bar, but I don’t know if we were charged double. Room was great. Staff was friendly. Would possibly rebook again.
I was left a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the resort considering it was a 5-Star Fairmont property. There was frequently trash that wasn’t picked up around the pool areas. Empty cups and plates were strewn throughout the property. Just left me asking for more considering how much we paid for our stay. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice resort but I’ve stayed at other 5-Star resorts that were cleaner and more attention to the little details.
