A great property with lots of amenities and options. The only thing I found room for improvement in was the cleanliness of the Sunset Beach pool. There was a lot of sand in the pool, dragged from the "beach" area (especially by kids). There were mounds of sand in the water and in the fountain that made it seem rather dirty.

The check in process was very smoothe. Friendly staff. Oden at front desk was great. Den the bell hop was very helpful! Our room was nicely appointed. Carlos at La hacienda was outstanding as was the cuisine!!
