We've used Chris for a re-fi and a purchase. Both experiences were great. Chris is expert, creative, and a very good communicator. Michelle and crew were efficient, proactive, and unfailingly patient and cheerful. We were in a huge hurry to finalize and move in on latest purchase. Chris and Michelle helped us pull it off flawlessly. I even got status emails from Chris himself on week-end evenings.

I had an amazing experience working with Del Sur Mortgage team. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. Chris is a great person to work with. He is smart at what he does and provides the best service to his clients. Michelle is attentive and follows up in every step of the process. She does a great job. They provide the best customer service and make sure that every single question and concern of their clients are taken care of. Chris took the time to walk thru the process with us and our options. We felt he gave us honest feedback and really made it feel like a "team" effort.
