Updated review...Refinanced my loan from a year ago with Chris. Again, the process was painless and easy. Everything was well explained and went according to plan, saving me hundreds of dollars each month without much cost. Everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable and polite. We received updates regularly and have continued the dialog even after closing. Each step of the process was explained thoroughly, recommendations were welcomed and accepted (we got a great rate!). The closing was smooth and the loan funded on time (super impressive with a quick turnaround). It was about as stress free as this type of transaction can be.

We were looking to relocate to Napa and started our loan process at our local bank. It was complicated and difficult. We switched to Del Sur Mortgage on a recommendation. Chris is knowledgeable and takes his time explaining the loan until you fully understand. He gave us options, our bank did not. The entire staff is professional, warm and friendly.
