I have always heard people talk about how awful refinancing a home is so I went into the process thinking it was going to be a challenge. Chris walked us through the entire process with ease. Both times they did an excellent job guiding us through the complex process of gathering documents, completing forms, and contacting agencies on our behalf. Chris and his assistant Michelle made the process of refinancing two properties a breeze. Normally this process is a huge amount of effort gathering documents, meeting with the broker, etc. Chris and Michelle made the process fly by.
