Chris and the staff at Del Sur are helpful, thorough, and fun to work with. Chris makes sure to get the best loan possible and Michelle makes the process run smoothly. This was my fourth time working with them and I would continue to go back.

I have always heard people talk about how awful refinancing a home is so I went into the process thinking it was going to be a challenge. Chris walked us through the entire process with ease. He reviewed the timeline from the initial credit check to the appraisal, to the close of the loan, and everything happened as he described. This is the second time we have used Chris Salese and his team for lending services. Both times they did an excellent job guiding us through the complex process of gathering documents, completing forms, and contacting agencies on our behalf.
