Chris is not only incredibly knowledgeable and competent, but he is amiable and speaks to you as both a true consultant and friend. Chris and his team made the entire process of qualifying for our new mortgage as easy and smooth as possible. Everyone knows how difficult it is to gather everything necessary to qualify and Chris was with us the whole way and guided us with patience throughout the process. He was easy to contact and stay in touch with, while also being prompt and thorough with his responses to the many questions we encountered. My wife and I had an over the top experience working with Chris and his team. We were very pleased with how dependable and reliable they were with responding to our questions and/or concerns and they were all very knowledgeable. Chris was great but the underwriters made us jump through some pretty big hoops all the way to the last minute had us running around like chickens to make it all happen but it is done now thank goodness

We had been pre-approved with Chris about a year ago and had put home buying on hold since we were very discouraged with the real estate market in Napa.
