Chris and his staff are very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. They helped me through the whole process and explained everything to me as there were things I did not understand. Chris also surprised me with a lower interest rate than expected.
When I was initially planning to meet with Chris, he understood my circumstances to be a bit different and he had a huge bomb dropped on him at the last minute making the situation just that much more complex.
