We recently closed our 2nd home with Chris. He is extremely affable and makes things super easy and clear. His response time is impressive, as is his overall communication. Even when I thought we were complicating things (we bought a home from my in-laws on their property), Chris was patient and understanding. While we don’t plan on moving again, we would definitely ask for Chris’ services again if we change our minds. I highly recommend you do the same.

I could not be more satisfied with all the work Chris, Stephanie and their team did to help me buy my first-ever home. We started the process just before the start of 2020 holiday season. Chris warned me that there may be delays due to the pandemic yet, he and his team were there every step of the way to ensure the process went smoothly and that we closed on time. We are very grateful for his stewardship through the entire process. I will be sure to recommend him to anyone shopping for a home mortgage.

Great team and it was a breeze working with Chris and Del Sur. The process took a while but that was explained to me as the market is just that way now....I was lucky to get a great rate locked with Chris early November. Loan closed in January. I first tried with my bank and they offered me a ridiculous rate and terms. Chris explained to me why the banks were making it difficult and assured me that it would be more simple working directly with him....he was right! Thanks Chris and team!

Chris and his team at Del Sur Mortgage have once again proved they are THE BEST as we refinanced (again) to take advantage of the historically low rates..
