Great team and it was a breeze working with Chris and Del Sur. The process took a while but that was explained to me as the market is just that way now....I was lucky to get a great rate locked with Chris early November. Loan closed in January. I first tried with my bank and they offered me a ridiculous rate and terms. Chris explained to me why the banks were making it difficult and assured me that it would be more simple working directly with him....he was right! Thanks Chris and team!

Chris, Michelle and the processing team at Del Sur Mortgage are fantastic and are very knowledgeable. It was easy dealing with them through the internet and app system. They were also easy to get a hold of over the phone or even stoping by their office. If I had any question big or small, they were very professional and had every answer. My family and I will continue to work with them in the future. Thanks Chris!

Chris and his team at Del Sur Mortgage have once again proved they are THE BEST as we refinanced (again) to take advantage of the historically low rates.. Chris Salese and his staff are world class in all areas of a loan! This is our second time working with Del Sur and both times have been a smooth, wonderful experience! Chris is a huge football fan so I'll say hands down he is the Tom Brady of the mortgage world! and his team of Michelle, Stephanie, and Deborah are the reasons why Chris is the MVB ( Most Valuable Broker) year after year! Del Sur are Champions!
