Everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable and polite. We received updates regularly and have continued the dialog even after closing. Each step of the process was explained thoroughly, recommendations were welcomed and accepted (we got a great rate!). The closing was smooth and the loan funded on time (super impressive with a quick turnaround). It was about as stress free as this type of transaction can be.

Chris was extremely professional, courteous, and well-informed throughout the entire loan process, from our early pre-qualification inquiries, to our final closing day. Chris at Del Sur Mortgage was recommended to me by my son who had worked with Chris on a couple of his personal home loans. I was not looking forward to refinancing my home and put it off for to long so I finally called Chris and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful everyone was. We were looking to relocate to Napa and started our loan process at our local bank. It was complicated and difficult. We switched to Del Sur Mortgage on a recommendation. Chris is knowledgeable and takes his time explaining the loan until you fully understand. He gave us options, our bank did not. The entire staff is professional, warm and friendly. Purchasing a home is stressful enough. I would not add to the stress by working with inexperienced lenders. I would highly recommend Chris and team to my friends and family.

Chris and his staff are very easy to contact and respond quickly to any phone calls or e-mails. Chris is knowledgeable, honest and explains the many options available, along with the pros and cons to each option. I believe Chris works to provide the best available option/loan for all his client(s). The loan process was easy and stress free.
