Wish this gym would make a few updates, mainly the lack of squat racks and the water fountains. In 2023 we should not be using elementary school water fountains from the 90s, get a filtered water fountain like most gyms have these days. Also, very bizarre that EVERY tv is on Fox News and there is an entire cardio room dedicated to Fox News. Gives really weird vibes and idk who is trying to workout with Fox News in the background.

Awful place, do not sign a contract unless you want a surprise email from collections after Stan furlong the regional sales manager has give you the all clear on your account . Ridiculous. Do not join!!!!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR BAILEYS I have been a loyal member for 3 years now, recently someone else's card was attached to my account so they contacted me, saying I needed to pay back the items that had been charged to this person's account. I paid them, because I knew they were items I had purchased. A week went by, I went in and my key card was inactive due to a large balance on my account. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND joining this gym unless you want to be e-mailed by a collections firm with a $350 surprise debt that will be reported on your credit score. First and foremost, this gym was completely amazing and working out here was great while I lived in Jacksonville, FL. Unfortunately, I needed to transfer to California for a job change. When gyms were shut down in March we were notified that our plans would be extended. Now they charged the yearly maint fee without adding the time lost. When I called to cancel due to COVID I was told my maint fee and my first month of month will not be refunded. Little confused since my start date was Dec and adding for the shut down time I was with in the 30 days to notify Just another reason to stay away from Gyms they continue to prove just how bad the industry is Ride your Bike swim and stay away!!!!!!

Terrible music selection. Know your crowd! Constant meat heads dropping weights on the floor loudly. If you can't lower the weight, go lighter! Place is clean though. Decent equipment. Not terrible, but could definitely use improvement.

Be really careful before signing up. I signed up for 2 years contract, but I had to move out of state after 1 year. I paid $50 penalty, 2 months gym fees, and $50 maintenance fee. You also need to send them proof of new address which I sent twice, but they think it is not sufficient. Now, they sent me another bill($169) because of it, and this email is threatening. I mentioned to Hailey Chronister, who seemed to be in charge, that I don't get any paper bills right now because I am sleeping on my friend's or relative's couch.... read more

Worst gym I have ever been to. The staff was so rude and the manager was even worse. They barley acknowledged my presence. I walked ready to pay for a membership and they wouldn't give me the time of day. They didn't give me a tour just showed me rates so I had no idea what I was going to be paying for and then didn't take down any of my information.
