Today it was 84 degrees inside the gym. No AC in the stretching room. Whenever you ask about the situation the answer is always the same. We are working to resolve the situation but no timeline. Meanwhile you get an increase in your membership fee. Not a business I can recommend. If we did not have friends that we see at the gym we would leave in a second. Staff is O.K. but Manager is one of the worst they have had.

Great staff, but terrible facility. Today was the worst with very high temperature and humidity. I stumbled once due to the flooring beginning to buckle . Thankfully I wasn't carrying weights at the time. TV is unwatchable with network dramas and talk sports shows. Simple fix. 1. Fix AC 2. Stream exercise channels on the monitors. Also no information on the repairs, only progress has been more fans to push stagnant air.

Ac out, June 2026, again for 3rd time & its 85' inside. No one knows when it will be fixed. Stay away from this dump, it's worn out equipment & broken down facility.

stay away from this dump no ac! its 85' plus inside! no fix for it & no one knows when it will be corrected, this is 3rd time this year its gone out. this facility is a dive, chuze has done nothing to improve this dump. write corporate guys, i did, got some bs excuse. music is horrible, sounds like miami night club. go somewhere else dont waste your time

No A/C and it's 95 degrees in the gym. Staff keeps saying there is a ticket open to get the AC fixed but it's been weeks and advised I should go to the Sunbeam location lol. Smells terrible and literally not sanitary. I know a lot of the members are leaving and joining LA a mile away. Unfortunate it's gone down hill so fast since Bailey's.

Genuinely the biggest piece of shit gym ever. This place hasn't changed in 15 years. Everything is dirty. The sauna is always broken. These people are absolutely incompetent. Like I really hope you guys go out of business so a decent fucking establishment can take your place. Fuck all of you.

Honestly, came back to try to join with my husband since the switch to chuze. I didn't join under baileys because when I came to join the staff was super rude and entitled. It was my also my husbands first time coming in to update his fob/ access. Great that there is an app however the delivery from the staff was so dismissive. The three questions asked were met with get the app, download the app and we will help once you have the app. I don't complain unless there's a reason to. What a terrible place to workout. Filthy, it's like the management doesn't even try to help the staff. Don't waste your money here

It's Dec 19th, it's 75' outside & the AC inside hasn't worked for 2 weeks, when ask leadership when it's going be fixed- answer is "working on it" When ask when this facility is going to be upgraded- answer - "Next Year" Obvious equipment upgrades & facility upgrades are on hold for south Mandarin. All other prior Bailey facilities have received upgrades. Don't join this gym, old worn out equipment, worn out facility ( leaking roof, no AC)
