This place is trash! Dirty,junky, equipment is down for extended periods of time not to mention out of date equipment at this location! You are charging 1000'a of people $59.95 annual maintenance fee for this crap, take the money out of your pockets and fix this! Chuze is about profit,not matter the complaints you make they done seem to care

Chuze Fitness (103rd) Jax FL, Is dirty and junkie. I had to bring to a workers attention that the Pec Fly machine was broken and could potentially injure someone not to mention the preacher curl bench needs to be repaired after I reported this over 5 months ago

Very sorry I joined. You sign up and a month later they are charging $59 maintenance fee. What's funny about it, is the fact they have machines with not working signs on them. They have the same equipment being passed down. I've been to gyms with up to date hammer strength equipment for less member ship cost. Can't wait until membership ends. Can't be a body builder and grow here.

Again I have to take time out to report the unsafe conditions and filth of this gym. I have been a member since 8-11-2001 and it has never been this bad. Allot of excuses and nothing is being fixed. If your going to remodel the gym then do it and stop making that e the excuse for the failures and neglect! Pictures tell it all. we have been coming to this gym for about a year now and have always loved it. however, since coming under new management it has been disappointing to say the least. They have changed the policy so each child can only be in the play zone for 2 hours per day which means that even though my husband and I both pay for separate memberships we can only come to the gym on alternating days or split 2 hours between us both. Terrible gym staff, super rude staff. And the gym isn't worth what they're asking for with the membership prices. Planet fitness is better just doesn't have a basketball court

Sarah will run your card without asking and charge your acc she also sells steroids and weed out the gym becareful lady's and gentlemen they keep your card number and will use it outside the gym I had to file a report and now my lawyer taking them to court for fraud
Belonged to bailey`s for many years (Westside gym) The Big bald guy who is (or was) the Mgr. is a Rude, Do Nothing manager and is the main reason I terminated my long standing membership. No supervision out on the Floor.
