DO NOT SIGN UP FOR BAILEYS I have been a loyal member for 3 years now, recently someone else's card was attached to my account so they contacted me, saying I needed to pay back the items that had been charged to this person's account. I paid them, because I knew they were items I had purchased. A week went by, I went in and my key card was inactive due to a large balance on my account. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND joining this gym unless you want to be e-mailed by a collections firm with a $350 surprise debt that will be reported on your credit score. They continued to charge me after I moved away for over a year and tried sending me to collections over this. This gym is externally greedy and I do not recommend anyone signing up to anyone. I tried canceling but they make is extremely difficult.
"Closed during the COVID BS and now trying to charge for that time even though we Cancelled the Membership prior to this BS and Now want us to Send More money and contract was up in July...
PLEASE replace the bulbs in the tanning beds. They should be replaced regularly and literally don't even tan you at all they are so burnt out! I know a lot of members pay extra for this so please ASAP! Otherwise everything else is awesome ! Love working out here
My wife and I were members of Bailey's Health and fitness in Saint Augustine for over two years. The facilities in Saint Augustine are excellent! The staff at the facility are also excellent! However, when we ran into an oversight with our monthly bill we had a very difficult time trying to work it out with the corporate office. You know I really enjoy this gym, it's super close to my home, the people there are great, also the hours work great for me! 24 hours! The price is very good compared to others. These are all reasons I chose this gym and not others especially when I have a free gym. My problem is that I am in the military and had to leave for deployment, I notified them and they would not cancel my membership and I still have to pay every month while I'm gone. It really makes me not want to continue.
This company simply sucks. They do not do what they say. The only thing they are good at is getting your money. Go to a different gym
