It's really sad; once upon a time, this used to be the best gym in Jacksonville. Their group fitness classes were top notch taught by experienced, knowledgeable instructors, who had the freedom to design their own classes and provide modifications based upon the needs of the individual students there that day. Classes had variety, spontaneity, flavour, and were truly genuine. stay away from these bastards who sell supplements with sucralose now found to cause dna damage and that is on top of other proven problems and their immature assinine staff refusing to provide for an exchange under a pathetic excuse .they are scum,and i was an origional member.they could care less if their products harm you.
Staff sucks I don't recommend this location. I'd choose a better more suitable location that has more to offer and a more appropriate staff. I'd rather choose a crowded planet fitness than this specific gym location. Other than that the equipment isn't bad hardly anyone there.

Been trying to cancel membership here for months and they try to make it a run around as much as they can. Corporate office doesn't even pick up the phone half the time. AVOID AT ALL COST.
NICK the "Manager" just gave me the worst possible customer service I've ever experienced. As someone who works in customer service industry, I was completely surprised by his comments. I called baileys and NICK answered the phone. I was asking if, in his own time, someone could grab my hoodie I left. He responded with " I'm not going to go on a duck hunt and look for everyone's fucking personal belongings." All I asked was in their own time if they could look for it. Don't even try to cancel your membership. Nightmare. Moved 6 hours away and paid cancellation fee to quit. They are still billing me
I really have never hated nor put this much energy into making sure people know that this company needs to be avoided, however I feel this way very strongly towards this gym. Go ahead and sign a contract if you want to be screwed in the future if you choose to relocate. I was given no notice of my cancellation that they proceeded without my permission. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR BAILEYS I have been a loyal member for 3 years now, recently someone else's card was attached to my account so they contacted me, saying I needed to pay back the items that had been charged to this person's account. I paid them, because I knew they were items I had purchased. A week went by, I went in and my key card was inactive due to a large balance on my account. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND joining this gym unless you want to be e-mailed by a collections firm with a $350 surprise debt that will be reported on your credit score. First and foremost, this gym was completely amazing and working out here was great while I lived in Jacksonville, FL. Unfortunately, I needed to transfer to California for a job change.
