Pretty nice gym but they play some of the worst music ever recorded in the history of the world. Make sure you have your headphones or AirPods with you and working unless you want Katy Perry and Nickelback to ruin your pump.

This whole corporation are money hungry P.O.S. I tried to cancel my member ship 3 days after I signed up as it says in the contract if you cancel within 3 days you can get out without having to pay the remaining balance. Apparently 3 counts as the day you sign up and 2 more business days. Is 3 days not 72 hours? I signed up at 7:30pm 30 minutes before they closed. I would give a zero if I could this gym decided during Covid when I could not go they would keep charging my account . I called to cancel they said oh well you have an annual fee to pay oh plus a late fee for those months we know you couldn't come but we're gonna charge you . Today was the best I cancelled 2 days before 30 days notice after I paid for annual membership a month ago . The gym and its staff are ignoring Bailey's own COVID rules and protocols. Staff and clientele simply do not uniformly wear masks. Its not safe. I went into the gym last month as my membership was ending. (Bailey's wouldn't allow my membership to simply expire; I was forced to come in 'to sign a form.') I joined this gym because my husband likes it. It's not my cup of tea. I like more structure. I did CrossFit for 6 years so it's hard to break from the mold when money is tight. It's also a little bit of a drive for me as I live in Ponte Ponte Vedra Beach and driving down A1A can be an agonizing experience. It's been 3 days since my appointment with the fitness director who took me straight from the sales office to a leg press machine and had me do other leg exercises, which were fun and good, but with ZERO WARM UP, and now I'm nursing a sore knee. Went to sign back up after a hiatus. Had let my old CASH membership run out. I was originally told that the membership would be cancelled if I failed to pay in cash on the due date. Neil said that I still have a $22.00 balance from before. I explained the aforementioned info to him and he did not care. Perhaps if I was 25 with a dank body he could have deleted the erroneous balance. I quit this gym in September 2018. They went ahead and charged my credit card in November. I contested it and the back reversed the charge. Now the idiots are harassing me to pay the membership fee. I refused and they sent it to collections. I have two witnesses that I quit. I will be suing them when the collection agency tries to act THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS SECOND RATE GYM SUCKS Go to LA Fitness

This place is more like a dating app/social hour. Unfortunately, the poor service at the corporate office is trying to push us to this location since they closed ours "unexpectedly" a few months after signing a contract. Find a different place or a different way to exercise, unless you are looking forward to applying makeup, gazing at yourself in the mirror more than you actually workout, taking selfies, or need to add to the collection of bodies you have on your Instagram.
