Friendly staff, clean gym, and well maintained machines. I like that they have a 7 day free trial for you to test out the gym! It does seem to have a good amount of people throughout the day, but nothing too crazy. The staff is very friendly and always open to answering any questions you have about the gym.

I have been to many gyms throughout the years and I can confidently say Chuze is my FAVORITE. Not only do yall have up to date equipment but it's so clean and majority of your staff are amazing. Raul goes above and beyond for his members and ALWAYS makes sure we feel safe and welcomed at the gym. Idk if Raul is a manager but with his customer service and genuine care for the members I feel like he would make a great manager. Really good gym, just wished they were more efficient at fixing broken machines. Also the treadmills suck they are not properly calibrated and they randomly turn off mid run. What I do like is the amount of squat racks they have and the amount of dumbbells and weight plates.

friendly and welcoming staff that always greet you when you walk in the door and before you leave , always clean , variety of equipment and sections to use , I love having access to the steam room for after workouts

Been going to the gym for a long time, I used to go to the 24hour fitness on rosedale but, it closed down. Then I went to planet fitness since it's was cheap and it was open 24/7 It wasn't until I came to Aldi that I noticed the gym and decided to check it out. Definitely a great gym, plenty of cardio machines, I like that they have a separate area for the more and max members gives it a more private feel. I've been coming here since it opened. In the beginning the staff was super cool and sweet. Lately though I void interacting with them, they either have attitude or don't even acknowledge you when you try to talk to them. Also it gets WAY TOO PACKED to the point that there's no equipment available to use. Plus I pay extra for the massage chairs, outside area and sauna but it seems like anyone can access them. Hopefully they open another location soon.
