I seldom if ever review anything. I have never reviewed anything on Yelp. I have never reviewed a gym. I am only going out of my way to do so today to tell you about the absurd, irritating and shortsighted nightmare that Emily Ann, manager of this Chuze chose to put me through today. Overall this is a great gym. But 3 times I have brought this equipment to staff telling them it is about to break and could cause injury if not replaced. They agreed, but each time it has ended up back on the floor by the cable racks. This needs to be replaced and I hope this review helps. See picture below, the metal is worn away at the connection point.

Worst gym ever. They want you to pay the full $40 and haven't even been able to use all of the amenities. Or full 24 hours during the week like they used to be. The customer service is horrible in most locations. I used to love coming to this gym and it's franchisees, but recently it's been horrible. Plus the restrooms aren't even cleaned good. It has went down the hill tremendously.

I think I will go to a different gym after having interactions with Lori, one of the managers there. She is completely awful, bitter, and a bully. She patrols the floor like she owns the gym, and has talked down to people including myself. I feel harassed by her when I go to this location. This place is a joke. I just started my membership 3 weeks ago and have been disappointed by something new pretty much every single time I've been in. It started the day I got my membership. I got to hear about all of their wonderful amenities, signed up for the mid-tier package, only to find out that the spa and sauna are out of commission due to Covid. What a totally un professional facility I haven't been going to the gym and canceled my account they opened back after Covid shut down and charged me 69.98$ I called and let them know that I cancelled and I haven't been using the facility for months and they said that they weren't going to refund my money and the girl laughed about it.

A couple small gripes here after having two membership for the last two years. They keep the warehouse fan running at nearly full speed in the back where you sprint/mat stretch. Effectively spreading the Rona everywhere. The sanitizing wipe bin in this same area are typically empty, so folks just skips the wipe down process for the mats,weights, and kettlebells. Dont allow your credit card to expire they'll catch you slipping with repeated late fees, but rest assured they wont tell you when scanning your bar code daily till ... read more

We call this Gym 3 months ago to cancel! The employee that answered the phone re assured my wife that we we're canceled. Well come to find out three months later they are still charging my card. They have all kinds of excuses but no solutions! Not one employee did their job correctly! Between the phone calls and having to go in to the gym a couple of times all they did was make up lies!! Extremely upset with how the managers are handling this pandemic!!! Not only have I been charged 100$ since they reopened (4 different charges) but after calling and explaining I work with high risk patients and am physically not allowed to return to a gym at this time and personally do not think it is safe to reopen they are not willing to work with me.
