I contacted Chuze Fitness today letting them know I canceled my account back in July because I moved to Florida in August which I do not have any Chuze gyms near. I explained the employer I spoke to said I should be good sense I do not live near a Chuze facility. The current general manager Kurt E at this location is by far the most immature, rude, and inexperienced worker I have ever come across at a gym. He literally stopped me like I was a child while walking out, and immediately accused/lectured me about the circuit machines and how I need to stay in constant motion (a lady approached me rude & aggressive in the middle of a set and told me the time ran out and to get off. This is a GREAT place to work out, clean location, friendly staff, 5 star, my issue is with the agreement to use the facility. I am only a few months out of complete ankle reconstruction and Achilles' tendon severed, rebuilt, 2 inch lengthening, and 7 months in casting. This place is decent for a spot out in the country. But they overhandled the crazy masks mandates and their equipment is slack big time. The sauna feels room temperature. Some of the equipment is out, "for social distancing." they closed certain rooms and some of the staff are a bit stuck up it's a hit or miss with some staffers And it is bad for customer service. One thing to keep in mind is that our saunas are infrared, so they work a bit differently than traditional saunas. I'm a disabled Marine veteran of 8 years and was harassed by Nicole had my membership froze because of my doctors very specific order not to wear a mask due to my breathing related disability. I will be cancelling my membership, suing and encouraging everyone I know to find another gym. Short haired Nicole was also very rude and condescending for a front desk worker...

Every time I have contacted customer service, I get a different answer. No one is ever on the same page. I recently tried to renew my membership because I was not going to the gym due to Covid. I tried to renew my membership online, but it would not even allow me to login. I contacted the store and the woman who answered told me I could either renew my membership over the phone or come into the gym. Don't do it. They are still trying to bill my credit card even though I cancelled in November of 2018. Seriously. I have followed their cancellation procedures three times and now they are sending me an email saying "We do require accounts to be in good standing in order to cancel memberships." Really. Save yourself the hassle. Skip Chuze Fitness.

I do not recommend this gym at all. This is one of the worst places to be for your fitness. I canceled the account after seeing their Covid response was horrible and called them and canceled the account but they kept charging money from my bank and when I called them after finding out they told me that I have to be there in person which the first guy never mentioned.
