Got one of the stupidest rules that they won't give you ice even if you bring your own cup. It's a dumb policy altogether

the spin bikes on the main floor are all busted. I've told the staff and managers about it multiple times but nothing gets done. the hip thrust machines have also been down for more than a week. the maintenance crew at this location is not getting it done.

My experience is Chuze is mixed. I would not recommend joining. I find that about 20% of the excerise bikes don't function properly, and have not for months. So, to get a working bike for classes, users show up 30+ minutes early and place their bags on the bikes. So, the bikes that work can't be used by others. Now they charge a fee, it you miss class. In this light, if you show up and the bike is broken, the user should get a fee for a "no bike" show up. That is only fair. There are better places to work-out :(

I paid $15 for a day pass to swim. They decided to clean the pool while people were in each lane. The pool guy was spraying harsh chemicals on the walls of my lane. My throat burned for the rest of my swim but I wanted to get my moneys worth so I finished my workout.

Their sauna is broken 24/7. Very disappointing since it's the thing I look forward to most after a workout. Thinking about finding a gym where their saunas work.

This place doesn't even have a regular pull up bar lmao. How? Genuinely how do you not have a pull up bar? Actually though. How is there not one flat, straight bar where I can do pull ups here? Instead they have these off angled thick rubber grips that suck. Absolutely insane.

Way too small and crowded. Way too many people at all times of the day. Too few machines for how crowded it always is.

I've been a member of the gym for a year. It is suffering from its own success. Too crowded. The men's locker room smell's like shit. It's not as clean as it was when I joined and it's been inundated with rude people who will move your water bottle and take your bench while you're putting away weights and getting others.
