The employees are always welcoming. I like the cleanliness, the convenience, and the welcoming feeling of the gym!
Business response:
Hi Donna, Thank you for recognizing our team and facility! We are thankful for your support! We look forward to seeing you next time! Warmly, Chuze Fitness
I love this gym, but they close the smoothie shop 30 minutes before it's supposed to close and they start cleaning the sauna out 30 minutes before it's supposed to close so you can't enjoy the amenities at night
Business response:
Thank you for the review, Bentlee. We are so glad you are enjoying the facility! We are sorry to hear of your frustrations regarding the closure of amenities and we completely understand. All amenities and smoothie bar should remain open while the club is open. We will be sure to follow up with the onsite management team so that this can be addressed. Thank you again for the review and feedback. We hope to see you gain soon! Kindly, Chuze Fitness
