While I do love this gym and they offer a lot there are a few issues. For a lot of people that go to the gym it seems to be more of a social hour than to actually work out. I have seen groups of people who stand around talking by machines or in the middle of the workout area for 45 minutes. I get wanting to say hi to someone but standing around talking loudly in the way of people who want to actually work out is something that should be addressed by management. It is distracting and more than anything completely annoying. An... read more

I'm afraid to post this 5 star as I don't want everyone to go here, I like that it's not the most popular gym! We've been going for about a month and it's ridiculous. They have everything! I love the pool, The cardio and weight/ stretching area. It's all great! They're approach to friendly gym for anyone is spot on!! The staff is friendly and helpful (even when accidentally forget your code to the locks.. that was a friend, not me). My kids love the kid area and it's SO affordable!! My ONLY feedback is : we did one of the... read more

I really like the Chuze facility in Highlands Ranch. It is always kept very clean and the help are always very friendly. A few days ago when I was getting ready to leave we had a huge downpour. Taryn went out of his way to be helpful. He drove my car to the front door so I wouldn't get wet. That is what I call "going beyond the call of duty". That is REAL SERVICE! However that did not surprise me!

My review is from the perspective of a hobbyist who trains to get stronger at Olympic lifts and power lifting. Facilities are excellent, especially for the price. Their 4 Olympic platforms and Eleiko bars are high end; the platforms probably each cost $10k and are almost always available. The facilities look like a miniature version of the Olympic training facility in Colorado Springs, which is awesome. They provided cheap clips which didn't work well with the platforms, so I complained, and they ordered good clips which ple... read more

Thanks for the 4 star review, Ian! We're so glad you've been loving the facility and we greatly appreciate all of your constructive feedback. We will keep your thoughts and ideas in mind as we are always looking to improve and better the experience for the members. With our high standards of cleanliness, I don't think we'll amend our chalk policy, but we can definitely turn down the music volume. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you in the club soon!
