I am currently sitting in the lobby waiting dor a friend. The lady at the front desk is unbelievable. She is so happy and appears to know everyone who enters. The customer service here is amazing.

Being a premium member is worth a decision. Customer service is impeccable, facilities are kept clean and functional, exercises equipment for utilization is modern and fully sanitized, and most of all, the relaxation room is like ZEN to Nth power personified! They also have movie rooms incorporated into their select- exercise rooms for those who prefer a cozier, less-populated exercise floor. I really enjoy this gym. it's really clean and the staff is sooo friendly. my only complaint is that it's ALWAYS busy. I dont think I've ever been able to finish a full workout here lol. I've gone at all times of the day. 8 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, 9pm... always busy. they have a gigantic parking lot and I can remember a handful of times that I havent even been able to find parking. I'm really happy they have so much business! It's just not doable when you're trying to get in and out as fast as possible because of work/studying

There's a lot to like about this gym, and several little things they fall short. Machines and equipment, they have some quality stuff and being a large gym, they have multiple of the popular equipment. 5 squat racks which is really nice. I can understand certain people not loving the policy of wiping down equipment after use but I love that policy.
