Super Clean. The staff is killing it with keeping it clean during the most challenging time in business. I'm amazed at how hard they try to make your experience amazing.

This is the closest Chuze to my house and reflects the cleanliness and great customer service of all the other locations I have visited. Best value for a gym membership I have found and would highly recommend everyone do the free trial. You won't be disappointed.
Business response:

Clean Clean Clean.....This is the most important to me at this time. Not to mention that the staff is the friendliest that I have ever encountered. The social distancing works and I feel totally safe. Amazing instructors and some of them I know from 24 hour fitness. I don't think another club can compare to Chuze! I feel like they really care about their members.

It's a nice gym. Somewhat of an unpleasant experience when trying to take advantage of the visitor privileges when we attended on the weekend. The individual seemed to be a bit short tempered and told us that my guest had to sign up for a free week trial first. He then got frustrated because another person was waiting to ask a question and pawned US off to a colleague. She then corrected him and said that my guest did not have to sign Up for a trail week and that he can just take advantage of the free pass. Typical situation... read more
