It was clean and had a lot to offer. I came back the next day to sign up and was asking questions about the different membership packages and what they entailed. How come Chuze Fitness asks for your bank account information along with Credit card information in order to join? I don't understand why they are the only Fitness club around that requires this. I'd love to join but giving a gym my banking checking/saving acct/ routing information is a deal breaker for me. Isn't a CC# enough?
Business response:
Hi Patrick, Thank you for further communicating with us in our inbox. Please continue to keep us posted if any other issues come up. We hope we were better able to listen to your concerns and we hope that we were able to provide clarity and a solution. We appreciate your time, feedback and business with us. We look forward to seeing you in the club soon. Kind regards, Chuze Fitness Member Services
