Chuze Fitness I've belonged to Chuze for a few years now, but since moving down to this Highlands Ranch location I'm increasing agitated with this location experience. The music is TOO LOUD. I've written corporate. I've spoken to the desk multiple times. For some reason they are not getting it. The four recreation centers in Highlands Ranch get it right, their music is a perfect volume. It is really disappointing now although it used to be great. I chose this gym because of the classes and the fact they had a kids club so I can actually attend the classes. However, every time I take my kid in now kids club is full I'm put on waitlist and I have to miss my class, I'm at end now don't know what to do with my membership I'm paying for something that I'm not using

Love this gym. However, one staff member in particular: tall, extremely tatted, curly haired gentleman, follows me around everywhere. He then waits until he can get on me about breaking gym rules. First it was about having my bag out on the floor, which I was in the process of putting away in a locker. He did not approach anyone else about having their bag on the floor. Yesterday the same staff member confronted me about why I didn't rack my weights? This was when I was in the locker room getting ready to leave. He found me... read more

3 flat bench stations? Unacceptable. There is virtually nothing else to say. But Yelp requires more words before I can post how garbage this place is.
