Let me first start out saying that I love working out at ChuzeFitness and generally work out in Denver. I called the HR Chuze the night before I came to ask if I could work out and use the kids club (as I hadn't used it before) since it wasn't my home gym. If I could give 0 stars I would. I joined chuze in May of 2021. Was able to use my membership for 2 months before I ended up having to have emergency surgery. My account was put on a freeze which I was told had no specific end date and I haven't been back to a chuze since. Received a charge for an annual fee in May of 2022, the manager today was less than helpful and told me I must have come out of a freeze for my account to be charged and they would not be refunding my annual fee to me even though I still cannot get back in... read more

Absolutely terrible experience. I paid for a $10 gym pass to be harassed by a bunch of teenagers that the gym had on record for harassing predominately female employees and other male gym goers, And yet wouldn't do anything about it. I came for a simple leg day and was squatting and noticed two boys on the turf behind me staring angrily at me, to which I ignored. I was working in with another guy and ended up giving him some tips and he thanked me and then left to go do some accessories. Right after he left the two boys fou... read more

This place is so overrun with high school kids just hanging out.
