We've been coming here for two years now. I really like the additional options with tanning, hydro massage and sauna. The staff are very friendly and the place always looks clean. Lately though I am even more impressed by one of the staff members who stands out. Kassandra goes above and beyond from checking us in, to constantly cleaning, to assisting with anything else needed. Alec is absolutely amazing. As a supervisor, he showed professionalism, beautiful manners and all around a great leader. I forgot my card to buy a pre workout and he took it under his belt to help me out. I originally came to this gym because I heard of the customer service and how great it was...needless to say, it's living up to its name! Grateful for the employees that make this gym amazing

I really appreciate the way Will greets me and calls me by name on the weekends. He is always ready tu set me up in the hydro massage at the end of my work out.

Worst gym I've ever walked into, and I say that as a man who will train in a barn if the iron is honest. The air hits you first. Musty. Thick. Then the lights give up. Stark pockets everywhere. Small floor. Turf the size of a welcome mat. Four benches for the entire building. You will wait. You will get asked about your bench or someone might casually try to move in on your space. Had an incident with another member about two weeks ago, where he took my weights while i was working out. I confronted him and got the staff involved before things escalated. When staff asked him he just denied it. Told staff to just look at the cameras if they want proof and took my barbell back to finish my set/workout. Tried to figure out what the resolution to the issue was but never got a call back. Had to call multiple times and even come into the gym for a follow up. Impossible to cancel!! These people don't even have accounting services. They'll send you to a voicemail that doesn't take any more calls. THIS CHAIN IS A SCAM!! They don't even let you talk to anyone over the phone. There are plenty of better gyms out there will less hassle.

During my initial tour of the Mission Valley location, the express circuit was highlighted as a standout feature -- a time-efficient way to get a full workout in during a busy workday. It was the primary reason I joined. Unfortunately, the circuit has never functioned as described.
