Significantly better than Santee location where everything's broken & no one cares. The Staff here do care, but it's still a cheap gym. Additionally there are issues w/ parking & the water periodically turned off My biggest annoyance is that they don't have dedicated bench presses. You end up setting up a bench in the squats stand, so I'm taking up time on 2 pieces of equipment, & I'm taking them up for longer than if they had dedicated bench presses (because of set up & break down), in an already overcrowded gym. Please also note that we have a parking lot in the back with many more spots including a back entrance to the shopping center. Unfortunately, the building and piping are old, so we've experienced a number of water main breaks. Luckily, all seems fine for now. I have had a really positive experience with this gym. The staff have all be exceptional, it's been clean, and the amenities are great. I love their new gravity massage chairs, they're really helping me out with me recovery from a pinched nerve in my hip. Shot out to the manager, forgot his name but super nice guy who's always helpful. I see a lot of people complaining about minor inconveniences that have happened, such as the water being out, but sometimes bad pipes happen. All is fixed now, they were on it.

It's actually a decent gym as far as workout equipment although half of my reason for joining the gym was the sauna and the temperature is disappointing. It's more just warm rather than closer to hot and hard for me to get my sweat on. It would be nice for them to turn it up about 20 degrees. My only other complaint is some shower gel and shampoo would be nice in the showers but that I can certainly deal with especially for the good price on the monthly membership.
