Totally pissed off because management cut CNN and Fox News from the video screens! I'm a long-time member who comes in every other day to spend an hour or two on the cardio machines while watching the news. My favorite machines are in front of the screen tuned to CNN. The last two times I was in, it was tuned instead to TNT showing old Christmas movies nobody was watching. I went to staff and asked to have it tuned back to CNN. We totally understand as a long-time member that we have provided news networks on our cardio TVs; we have received complaints from members that Chuze is supposed to be a place to allow them to focus on bettering themselves and we agree. The sauna rooms don't work, The company trains the employees to tell everybody that cold or warm saunas are good, There's no such thing and that doesn't work, In order to detox the body the saunas need to be hot and the body needs to purge the toxins by sweating them out, this place does not warm up the saunas it is their policy, occasionally one of the rooms will be slightly warm but you have to sit in there forever and ever just to break a tiny sweat..... This company really needs to get educated on health and design this ... read more

They are happy to close a gym down, tell you that your membership is cancelled then continue to charge you as long as possible. Stay away from these thieves.

Honestly people on the phone rude, amenities are dirty, place is terrible, theres a reason its cheap. Also do not get me started on the parking situation
