Honestly people on the phone rude, amenities are dirty, place is terrible, theres a reason its cheap. Also do not get me started on the parking situation

Love the fact that the gym is close to work. I just don't like the fact that the ladies restrooms are always filthy! No matter what time of the day, it seems like they don't clean them regularly like they used to at this location. There's trash everywhere and handprints and makeup splatters over the mirrors. The showers always have left over hair on the walls or drains are clogged in the showers. I've tried different showers in the past. Today, I wanted to shower but the stall smelled like pee and the water drained filled in... read more

I love chuze, but this location hasn't had a functioning HVAC system in over a MONTH. That's ridiculous.

While the majority of the HVAC system is functioning and maintaining appropriate temperatures, the cardio and free weight sections have been unable to cool effectively. Small location but never too busy, and they have a the basic machines needed for a good workout. Only thing holding this location back is the staff. 90 percent of the time it feels like asking them for anything is an inconvenience to them. 3 people at the front desk and not a single hello or goodbye from any of them. They're truly in their own world behind the desk. TL;DR: solid location, poor customer service.
