I used to be comfortable coming here but lately with the new girl hires I feel very unwelcome . I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I would had like to think they had a bad day or something but the new girls always have a stinky attitude , everything is done with such negativity whenever you approach the front desk for help . No parking and unless you're on the treadmills good luck finding a machine at peak time. You also have to give them your arm and leg in order to cancel. Better off going to any of the other high quality gyms where you can cancel anytime for instances when you move suddenly. Showers and locker rooms were constantly down with their lockers outside being 25 years old and not opening.

Please also note that we have a parking lot in the back with many more spots including a back entrance to the shopping center. Unfortunately, the building and piping are old, so we've experienced a number of water main breaks. Luckily, all seems fine for now. Dirty facility , homeless live downstairs , trash location and employees. Will charge you fees even after cancellation. Hope this location rots

I had a horrible experience at Chuze Mission Valley, San Diegon club this morning at 5 am. I Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM AT ALL!!! The people at the front desk who work there are rude! I immediately canceled my membership when the manager when off for no reason screaming my name in front of everybody else!
