Great price for access to good equipment. The staff is great. Only downside is the crowds. Between 4pm-8pm on week days, the gym is really crowded making it difficult to workout. Overall, a good gym.

Hello Colton, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a yelp review, we know it may get busy with the after-work crowd. Next time you come to work out grab an "avoid the crowds" flyer from our front desk. Remember, all feedback is welcomed and appreciated so we can continue to grow and remain the gym you choose. Have a great day!
I'm from San Francisco where gyms are teeny tiny so going to a gym elsewhere is always a shock. This was a welcome shock because in addition to being huge it was super clean and well-maintained. Loved the fake turf, the circuit area, and ALLLLLL the machines. I came as a guest during a visit home for the holidays. I had emailed them in advance to find out their guest policies and they were so friendly. Not the usual gym customer service I'm used to. Showed up in person and they were also lovely. Definitely a great experie... read more

I had to cancel my membership due to a medical emergency and was so stressed out thinking about talking to the manager to cancel my membership and the process was stress free from beginning to end. Jada and Tracy were professional, kind and caring and just nice to me. It took 10 minutes and I want to thank them both for a non stressful experience and when they told me that they hope my health improves. They meant it, which made me feel good. Cheers

I enjoyed working out here. They have all the pertinent equipment necessary for a decent work out. They have a weight section, a "turf" area, a cardio area and a room to do your stand alone routine. I really enjoyed spending time inside the personal saunas and found them useful. Definitely would recommend this gym to others looking a new gym, it has everything other bigger gyms have, except extended hours, although, they are open late during the week till 12am.
