I've been a member of Chuze Fitness for several years now. As far as the membership goes, it's obviously less expensive than some of the other gyms around but you still get a quality product. Everybody has always been friendly and the gym is kept clean. I would definitely recommend this place as a cheaper alternative to some of the bigger names.
Business response:
Hello Jake, Thank you for your positive comments! I will share your kind words with my team! Even though we do have low pricing that should never lead to a bad product. We always want to make sure all of our members can have a great workout with as limited distractions as possible. Ranging from our amazing rules, cleanliness, and great Chuze Family this helps us ensure you can have a great environment. Once again thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave us such a nice review. See you in the club soon!

I came here on a free trial and it was great! It is close to my work and it is close to my home. Also very cheap to get started here, I came back and am now a member. It gets very busy.
Business response:
Hey Zhu, Thank you for taking the time to write us such a nice review. Welcome to the Chuze Family! We are so glad that Chuze Fitness is convenient and cost efficient for you. I know at nights it can get busy sometimes. We offer over 80 pieces of cardio equipment and at least two of every machine to minimize waiting times. Next time you come in I would highly recommend asking the front desk to see our prime time chart. This chart will show each member check-in per hour. This way you know exactly what times to avoid if it wo... read more

This is my favorite gym I've been to by far. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The overall attitude and vibe of the gym is laid back and nonjudgmental. As a girl going to the weight area, it can be pretty intimidating, but not here! Even during high traffic time, there is still an abundance of cardio machines and equipment. I would definitely recommend this gym!! And how can you beat $10/month?
Business response:
Hey Erin, Thank you positive comments! We are glad that you are excited to be here as we are. As you may know, we live by our motto "Less Attitude. More Fitness". This is our dedication to provide our Chuze family with the friendly, welcoming environment that you mentioned. The "More Fitness" aspect of that motto is our dedication in helping our members achieve their goals. We do this through many different ways. One being providing ample equipment to use even during our busy times. We hope that you contin... read more

I'd say I'm a fan. This isn't my first go around with Chuze. I previously used their Mission Valley location when I lived down there and I was a fan then. I think they are very welcoming and all of their employees that I have interacted with have been informative and friendly. I've done my price shopping and generally I think they are one of the most competitive brands. I found a few that are comparable or slightly more inexpensive so at that point I think it's just a matter of preference and convenience. Regarding pr... read more

I have been a member here for the past four years. The staff & the feeling of being welcome here is what keeps me coming back. I noticed a negative review regarding Tracy and I can't disagree enough, I find her to be warm & welcoming. And not just with me, but overall, huh, maybe a different gal, but no, the reviewer mentioned her orange hair, so no, same gal, but my experiences with her are 100% positive. :)
Business response:
Hey Beth, Thank you so much for your kind words! I am so glad you enjoy my team and our club. Our goal as a team and for Chuze is to make sure that all of our members do feel welcome when they enter our facility. I will defiantly pass on your kind words to my staff and especially Tracy! Keep up the great work at the gym and we all look forward to seeing you!
