Thanks, for the positive attitude of the staff, specifically Francisco, at Chuze Fitness. Overall, great workouts, a great experience. I was a long-time gym member at 24 Hour, at this location on Felicita, and went with them when they moved in 2001 to La Terraza Blvd. So, after all these years, I've returned to Felicita, and Chuze! Thanks Francisco, for your help, and genuinely making me feel welcome. Exercise is better with the positive vibes!
A shout out to Geo for handling an upset customer with kindness and professionalism. I was inquiring about a membership when a customer comes up to front desk raising his voice complaining that his phone app is not connecting to the television. This guy would not stop his rant and just kept verbally abusing/brow beating him for something out of his control. This employee deserves a medal for being solution oriented and calming KEVIN down. You would think during these difficult times people would be nice! Great Job Geo:)

I used to like this gym but since Covid they've really turned money hungry. They used to be clean and the machines well kept but it seems they've lost sight of that. Still have some great employees who keep a smile on their face and I do like that they have individual saunas. There are so many options for gyms now and for me when I start having more negative than positive experiences it's time to take myself elsewhere.

My friends wanted me to come work out with them so I got a guest pass. I only have ever been to chuze a couple times at RB and Esco. I always feel bad and weird about getting a guest pass at a gym but this staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed to this establishment. The gentleman named "Miz" or "Mis" (sorry I didn't get the full name) helped me create my guest pass and he was very professional.
