Susie, Logan and the rest of the crew are always helpful. Unsure about the people complaing about the dumbells. There are sets upstairs, two sets downstairs and a bunch more in the separate room by the exit. Also, grab something heavier than the 30s and 40s, lightweight. And stop whining about gym bags. They are usually with the people using the equipment. Some people find anything to complain about. Gym is busy at peak times for sure. The recovery area in the front is great. Overall great value for the money.

Kaykay is an essential part of the team at this location! She's helped me more times than I can count and makes me feel so welcomed there. She has made this location one of my favorites!

I finally joined Chuze because of Aaron at the front desk! He should get the Best Customer Service Award and then get promoted to Trainer of all staff - to ensure people know their names, like Norm from Cheers. Oh and the gym looks great and the signs are motivating. The lab is my favorite area. Fun all around. And my sister goes there...so there's that.

I love the St. John's location for their amazing amenities and friendly staff. Always have a great time here, and the members are friendly and welcoming also.

Since the basketball courts are only for the mid and max membership, why don't we have more access? I understand having it closed when there is no staff. But opening at 6am with staff on weekdays, and still not opening the courts until 8am makes no sense to me. What is the reason? Otherwise, I enjoy this gym. Andrew, I saw your reply. Can you let the staff at this location know? I attempted to use the courts at 630a on a Friday, and was told that the lights and door are on a timer and don't open until 8am...

The facility here on Beach is looking very nice with the makeover form Chuze. The weights here are in decent shape compared to some of the other locations. We like coming to this location the best. All of the workers are very friendly as well.

I've been going to this gym for a while now and everything works well. I love that they swapped to what looks like new owners. Equipment is relatively up to date and kept up well. And the staff is super friendly. Two things that I have problems with 1.) Almost everyone who uses a free weight machine LOVES to leave their weights on the equipment. 2.) I've been waiting 6ish months for the red light sauna that was suppose to be there by now. Other than these two things this is a really solid gym, just PLEASE GET THE RED LIG... read more

I've been a Bailey's member for a few years now so I won't comment on membership and fees. This is a newly built Bailey's. They had a Bailey's a few miles down and closed it down and made this one. Pro's: -They sell products: protein shakes, pre work out, smoothies, etc. -They have a room of massage chairs -Children's playroom -Very spacious -Upstairs is a cardio equipment -Athletic room with punching bags, multiple squat racks, and big mirrors -Sauna (in women's bathroom, not sure about men's) -Basketball court Con's... read more

Had the opportunity to go to this location around the holidays. There was a good amount of people but it wasn't overly busy when I went. What stood out from this location from others is the layout, which I found interesting. They have a second floor for cardio equipment which I thought was nice. There is another cardio area off to the side when you first walk in as well. Plenty of lockers around the gym without having to step foot into the locker room. Overall different but nice.
