Love this location! Staff is always friendly, super helpful, and easy to contact. Gym is always clean, and I feel safe here. Would 10/10 recommend!

When this gym first opened it was awesome. However due to the popularity, the athletic room has now turned into a closed off women's group fitness room. This is ridiculous because there are two other group fitness rooms that can and should be used but are never used during this session. There is workout specific equipment in this room that is not available in the main room and can not be used because of this class. Compared to the old location, this location is much bigger. It has an athletic room, basketball court, red zone room, massage chair room, stretching room, and group fitness room. There's quite a bit of cardio machines, unfortunately out of the 5 stair-steppers there's usually only 2 in working condition. Which is highly unfortunate seeing that the gym has been open only a few months. Management has to do better about that, especially with the amount of traffic that flows through this gym. Bailey's has been a fairly good health experience with a few caveats. I joined this location two weeks before it opened when it was located two miles down the road. The old location was a little run down, but still had a good atmosphere and enough variety and space to get a good workout. This location is pretty large, but already two weeks into its opening there is still a large portion of the gym closed to patrons that contains cardio equipment. This place is mismanaged in every possible way Video one shows how they have so few low weight dumbells and the manager doesn't care if people Walk with them Across the gym and superset and bring them back in 30 Minutes. You can't work out when the weights are gone . There are only 2 sets of 5-30 lbs dumbbells but 5 sets of 35-100 Makes zero senses. No bags on the gym floor. Never ever enforced. Poorly kept equipment, Hardly enough if any accessory handles to use on different machines for different grips & exercises. Over priced membership for a sub par gym & i've been going here for 3-4 years & all they did was change the name from baileys to chuze & slapped some paint on it and took down a wall.. nothing different.

Please do something about the air conditioner in the group fitness room. It is so humid and hot. We are all complaining yet nothing changes. 68 is a comfortable number. Most gyms are that. However its more the humidity . Please help us

Dump the present manager. Dude does nothing. No bags on the floor ? People bring bags. Go tell the desk they " talk " to the people and they continue. Looking for the 40 lb barbell. It's gone! So is the 30 and the 50. Can't workout as people are allowed to carry them and superset and take them for 15 minutes out of sight. Manager says " oh we know it's a problem ".
