Bailey's is a scam. The owner is a POS. I came across him at the beach bars and he has the biggest jerk wad personality. I tried to cancel my membership when I moved and they continued to charge me and said they can't refund my payment and can't cancel unless I went to the store. But I don't live there anymore. So how the hell was I supposed to cancel? I needed that money and Baileys totally ripped me off. What a terrible owner and a terrible gym.

Hard sell meeting with a personal trainer to start... no thanks. Pricey... and we moved to Florida from the northeast -- we have had trainers before. Baileys is pricey. The gym smells really bad, like sweat socks. What got me, was that you need a key fob/card key to go through the turnstile to enter the gym! And a token for a class! And again the key fob/card key to enter a training room! No thank you on every level. Not friendly, not welcoming. Unpleasant experience.

My wife and I looking for a gym to join together. Bailey's looked good and we paid them a visit. Would have signed up, but the entire place smells like 6-month old rotten gym socks. Sorry, can't do it - moving on to the next place on the list.

Another money grab place in my opinion, that my family isnt having a good experience at whatsoever. My advice would be to stick to a smaller, more attentive/family oriented gym. Being a business and being fair doesnt go hand in hand and thats what most facilities like this tend to be like these days.

suchhhh terrible terrible customer serviceee (especially cory!!!) doooooo nottt go here unless you want to be treated rudley or have your money taken from you!!!!!! save yourself and go to any other gym in the area! planet fitness and anastasia fitness are both great with a welcoming and helpful staff!!

I was very eager, and hopeful when I walked into Bailey's gym yesterday. My friend and I were impressed with pictures we saw online and we couldn't wait to check it out in person. Upon walking into the door, we were not greeted with a friendly face. The woman working the front desk looked at us with an annoyed expression, and proceeded to treat us with disdain.
