I've been coming here a while now and I have noticed that the massage therapy is out of service very frequently. The bathroom has sinks that are working and blow dryers that aren't working and equipment that is down. When to use a rower one of them was down the leg machine even on the lowest setting my legs were like a good 18 inches open so it wasn't a good adjustment

I've been coming to chuze for the past 5 years or so and never have I gotten such an amazing workout like I do when I take EMILY Hall's class . She is so professional, so motivating and positive! Every time I leave her class I feel strong and accomplished. She definitely pushes you to your full potential and is so sweet about it ! She deserves a raise for always putting in to her classes ! Book her when you can and don't hesitate because her classes fill up quick !

Came here early AM for the first time so I didn't have to deal with a crowded facility. All went well and had plenty of time to use both cardio machines and weights with zero delays. My only disappointment was the temperature of the sauna. I was in there for over 30min and barely broke a sweat. Another member in there said that's how it usually is. If management can respond and let me know why the temperature is so low that would be great.

Clean gym, good equipment and they keep up with the maintenance on everything. Only thing I didn't like is how bright the lights are in there it feels as if you are under a spot light, maybe it's just me but sometimes it's the small things that count. They also inforce the "no gym bags on floor" rule so if you are someone that likes to keep your belongings with you and not in a locker this is not the place for you

So far, I have been very impressed with the quality of professional attitudes of the employees who work here! Everyone has been very helpful and friendly and this, to me is a big plus! I love the cinema room, the team training and just all the variety that this gym brings...kudos and 2thumbsUp!!!

Being coming to this gym for a while and after tonight's exceptional customer service I decided to leave a review! Chris is one of the best here! Always greets everyone with a warm smile and remembers most members names! I purchased a smoothie before my hydromassage sesh, instead of having me wait for it he opted to bring it to me whilst I was enjoying my massage! Chuze is a great gym! Everyone is so welcoming, I've never had an issue with customer service. Everything is very clean and you will always see at least one employee cleaning. It's great! My only piece of feedback would be to maybe add more smith machines. Maybe I'm biased, but smith machines really help me do squats and handle heavier weights ever since my injury. The gym is also quite small, which I know isn't anyone's fault! I hope you all expand soon to more locations!
