I moved to South Corona from Orange County and already had an LA Fitness membership. I went to all of the local La Fitness locations. And they all seem to have the same issue, for some reason individuals don't seem to re-rack their weights. Decided to give Chuze a try and I'm extremely glad I did. The location is extremely clean and well kept. Their servicemen is at the location daily. Literally looking for anything he can fix or repair in the gym. Me and my wife have fallen off for a few years and thanks to ChuzeFitness with the kids club we are finally able to get back into it. The kids club is awesome and my son loves it. All employees here are so good with him and makes it so easy and fun. I just wish the kids were allowed to go at least once per parent, we work opposite schedules so if I bring my son in the morning she won't be able to bring him at night.

Nice clean gym, newer equipment but the staff often mistake the gym for a night club and blast their music as If I'm at a Vegas night club. I ask regularly to turn down the music TO PAR and they give me a look as if I'm crazy. Seriously guys, I don't need the music to compete with my headphones

Typically our music volume starts at a lower setting during our non peak hours, but as the gym becomes busier, the volume levels increase to compensate for the excess equipment noise. I was surprised I had a great first experience at this Chuze Fitness. My husband and I were greeted when we arrived and Josh, the assistant general manager helped us get situated with the complimentary 7 day guest pass. He showed us around and we were shocked with how much this gym had to offer. As far as this bag policy goes... when I go to the gym I bring my bag, gloves and water. Don't get me wrong love the ambiance and atmosphere of this gym but was kinda disappointed in the customer service I received was waiting patiently to get a juice after my workout but no attend to my request did see two associates helping guest one person wasn't doing much but standing around the other associate GREG could please help her out as he rolled his eyes eager to do so then completely ignored me and helped a guest quickly who walked in so I left it's fine I guess I can make my own drink else where
