Gym has a wide variety of machines, staff is very friendly. Bathrooms are good and clean. Showers lack water pressure and not very clean. When staff is cleaning they are always talking to other people while cleaning. Entrance to the facility is disgusting, I have informed them that it is dirty but nothing has been done in three months.

Love Brian & Nick and all staff! All the ladies are incredible and the whole staff is so supportive! I am rehabbing my 18th surgery & they have been kind and supportive! Best staff & gym in the country!

I've been working out here for over 3 years. Cassie at the customer care desk is always friendly and professional!! Yesterday I witnessed her having to ask a guest to put their gym bag in a locker. The man yelled at her and went on and on in a rant over her request. She handled it perfectly . She kept calm and managed to get him to comply. Bravo my dear!! All of your staff is great but Cassie stands out as a super star!! Thank you for keeping the gym clean and safe

This is a review for Nick K., who was working last Saturday at the desks (at least for me). His kindness, courtesy and awesome customer service is the main reason I'm signing up for this gym. Aside from the gym's cleanliness, positive atmosphere and quality equipment (although 1 free squat rack is NOT enough! lol)- staff members like Nick K. set this gym apart. I love pretty much everything about Chuze fitness. After coming from multiple different gyms, Chuze makes me feel at home and comfortable working out with my gym anxiety. I just wish they were 24 hours for the times I cannot sleep I would rather workout.

I love their cinema, customer service, outside workout area, smoothies, and cleanliness. They did move the outdoor workout stuff back inside. Everything fits nicely and there is still a lot of space! I hate their reservation policy but understand why it's important, assumption of risk is their best bet! It's not anyone else job to protect my health, but they do a great job of implementing EXCELLENT sanitary policies and processes. The customer service and amazing staff keep me coming back! Its just an average gym that was open during the pandemic, i tend to find too many people sitting on machines while on their phone not doing anything, and most get offended when I ask if they are done. I pay for the tan/massage feature but have ben unsuccessful at using them at the corona location, either a machine is down or they say "not available". Ive only been able to use these features at "Orange County" locations. I think I will come to this location less, there are too many lazy people in here taking up space.

Left a different large gym due to closures. Decided to try this one out. First, very friendly staff and surprisingly clean facility. I'm used to bodybuilding gyms, which have a much different feel but I really like this gym. The tanning, massage, and cinema cardio rooms all are cool amenities as well. If your on the fence, check em out, you just may be surprised.

I argued with a staff member and they gave me 2 warnings telling me that if I took my mask off again I would get my acc frozen. I moved to la fitness on hamner no one really knows they're still open because it says different on google but they just got everything remodeled all knew weights and it's way less packed then chuze. If your reading this I suggest switch gyms or or sign up to la fitness on hamner ave barely anyone goes and it's a great gym
