This has to be the friendliest gym in Southern California! The gym's culture is impeccable . The staff is always greets you with a smile! They often speak to you by name! They always have a very positive attitude! These attributes are so important during these challenging times! They actually make the gym a nice place to be and they should be commended for it. I think it's a great gym especially for the price and I love the fact that they have an outside area. It's very clean and the staff is amazing! Con: I can never get a really good work out in as the gym is really crowded during COVID and there is not enough equipment. Especially the squat rack! It's a fight to get on there and once you manage to use it, you feel very uncomfortable because everyone is starring at you waiting to be next. I miss my 30 min. Workouts & water massage which i use after my workouts for 10 mins. When will all your clubs open again ? Iam moving back to San Diego & iam so excited because theres more Cruze gyms there i can go to! I was living in menifee driving to corona but traffic was so bad i couldn't go as often as i would have liked. I miss you all! Carmen Rodriguez

I really like the friendly employees. I also like the massage chairs. The equipment seems clean and there are lots of wipes available. I do not like the location of the leg machines in the front where everyone walks by. The machines should be moved to the back. Please move them. They build muscle on the the inside and outside not legs, which is great, but in they're wrong location of the gym. Many women have committed on wanting them moved somewhere else. First let me say that Chuze is beyond incredible. I have trained at many gyms but there are none quite like Chuze Fitness. The cleanliness is something I have never had to worry about as their standards have always been high. The staff is the most welcoming staff I have ever encountered. They know your name, and greet you with a warm smile every time which is sadly not seen in many gyms anymore. By far the most enthusiastic Chuze staff member is Alfredo. I went in to get my account back up to date and Ashleigh and her coworkers were so helpful and patient! You can just tell they love working there based off of their welcoming attitude. They remembered their guests and said hi to everyone who walked in! I can't wait to be back at the gym and see their friendly faces again!

They're closed rn but I but I still luv this gym. Staff is Very nice and welcoming. I wish they had a mat room but other than that they offer everything else anyone would need
