Cynthia was awesome, she explained everything in a detailed and skilled way showing us all available options, while making the experience stress free.
We had not financed or re-financed a home in a long time so we were not tech savvy. However Cindy Marshall and her staff were very patient and helpful. We had a very good experience with the entire process for our re-finance.

You guys did excellent!!!! Cindi Marshall was the one that assisted us in everything, she was available to us at any time. And although some of our questions may have seemed to us “dumb”, she assured us that she would explain everything to us so that we had a clear understanding of what we were doing. She always made sure that she got back to us right away, and even though it was a phone call, you knew she was smiling on the other end.

Refinancing during COVID is quite a challenge but Cindi was amazing and stayed in communication through the whole thing!
