You guys did excellent!!!! Cindi Marshall was the one that assisted us in everything, she was available to us at any time. And although some of our questions may have seemed to us “dumb”, she assured us that she would explain everything to us so that we had a clear understanding of what we were doing. She always made sure that she got back to us right away, and even though it was a phone call, you knew she was smiling on the other end.

Refinancing during COVID is quite a challenge but Cindi was amazing and stayed in communication through the whole thing!
